Replanning the Timeline

This week was mostly about getting the plan straight. In my tutorial with Trevor, the main thing we discussed was reworking my Gantt chart

updating it to reflect what's actually already done and mapping the remaining work realistically against the submission deadlines, with the goal of having the site live by the end of the month.

So I rebuilt the Gantt chart around that: research marked as complete, and the focus now shifting to design, prototyping, testing, and final output. Adding it here to the blog so the timeline is visible and I can track progress against it week to week.
